MGM Mirage the $7 billion Project CityCenter opened its $24 million sales center yesterday on the Strip between New York-New York and Monte Carlo. The temporary 30,000-square-foot pavilion houses two high-tech scale models depicting the 76-acre urban villages four residential developments that will include 2,700 residences. Condominium prices start at $500,000. Sales are expected to start this year. The project will take 2 years to build and will include hotels, casinos, dining and retail.
