Does the extaordinary amount of co-brokerage fee (3-4 times the normal compensation) lead yo to believe that the homes are drastically overpriced?

Let's put it this way.... We will see if most or all of the Las Vegas home builders are overpriced in December, when I believe there will be annual sales quotas that MUST be met and you may see either HUGE price discounts, or even more incentives such as, "No mortgage for a year" similar to what some of the condo conversions in town are offering  now.
