Las Vegas Realtor Steve Harless - RE/MAX EXTREME 702.217.1680: How Do You Handle Agents That Request The Location On Development Properties?

How Do You Handle Agents That Request The Location On Development Properties?

Is it fair to share your exclusive information on properties that are not in the MLS to other agents so they can inturn have their clients buy the property with out you involved?

Comments

To be honest, I don't understand the question.  The scenario of an agent asking about "exclusive advertising information" just escapes me.

If there is a buyer or seller involved, any agent should address any question to the agent, not the buyer or seller.

If you are talking about advertising Salestraq properties -

I always tell them they can find it on salestraq.

No more, no less

Virtually Every office in this town has salestraq and if the agent is not motivated enough to get the information to their client then why should we do their job for them?

I am talking about ads that are placed in the newspaper, and the other local agents want to know the location so as to take their own clients there.
