Let me know if this helps you, as I am always thinking of ways to help my fellow agents! steve
Steve: Craigslist is definitely a great place to market your listings--I do receive alot of calls from there. I have to say though, that it seems a bit disorganized and I have a hard time searching on there for anything!!
Steve, Thanks for this great tool, I look forward to checking it out.. God bless ..
thanks cheryl and debe for dropping by
Yes it defintiely looks helpful. I just started using another service that provides great distribution for my listings---to over 20 websites - http://vlshomes.com/homepage.htm?agent_services=t . They also enable you to easily post your listing into Craigslist without having to use edit anything. You still have to do an extra step or two but it is a lot better than Postlets.com, which I liked.
Downside to this service is it costs $ per month; upside better distribution and more exposure.
By the way, do you have a tool that enable AR bloggers to more easily insert photos into the blogs. Right now that is the most time consuming part of blogging for me, especially for a listing with multiple photos.
Steve, I'm a huge fan of your blog and your selection of topics! This one is no exception.
Wow, Steve - this is pretty cool! I hadn't see the editor before and I LOVE craigslist so I will be sure to check this out. Thanks for posting!
Thank you Steve! I just added this to my favorites!

Cool beans.... Thanks Steve! I may be heading out your way this month for a Mike Ferry retreat. Got any hotel deals down there? My taste is way too extravagant for my budget. I guess I have someting in common with my buyer's:)
This looks very interesting, I'm going to check it out. You come up with some very good ideas. Thanks...I'm using the translator and am eager to see if it creates more interest from outside the US.
STEVE - You are the master of Craig's List, and I always look forward to whatever tips you share. Thanks for the tip.
Adam: Craig's list is one of the greatest blessings in m life...why not share it with everyone?
Steve
I normally use Firefox, but the site wouldn't work.It opened but wouldn't let me type in the box. I opened it in Internet Explorer and it worked fine. Maybe I have something set that's blocking it. Do you use Firefox or IE?
once again, you da man, I'm on it.
Hi Steve. Thanks for sharing the great tip! Keep them coming.
Vincent your welcome!

Question *I'm just about as green as they come*~why comvert to HTML? Or maybe I should first ask, when under your instructions it says "create your listing" do you men while on Craigslist? I do have my listing on Craigslist, but I am not connecting the instruction to convert to HTML...please excuse the elementary questions ;)
converting to html will get your links online craigs list susan...this is just a tool, if you are comfortable with this, keep using it.
Thanks Steve. CL is the new EBAY (and a heck of a lot cheaper)

Thanks, I use Craigst List all the time to advertise the Estate Sales for my clients. This should help them stand out AND maybe they won't take my listings off because I have hyper links in them.
Virginia: add this to your ads: take a look at my other craigs list ads
you do this by doing a search of all your ads on craigs list by your name
hope this helps
Take a look at my Estate Sale :-) http://detroit.craigslist.org/gms/762379850.html
I'll work on the signature a little more and try to figure out the snap shot.
So much to do and so little time
