Thanks for this! I had visited your blog before and used a tool to help me make a great looking Craig's list add. I got a call a couple hours later and showed the home that afternoon! I will bookmark it this time so I don't loose it.

Steve - Thanks so much for the added and organized information on Craigslist.
Steve - I am sending this to my webguy/hubby he did a few adds on craiglist for me and was amazed with the results.
He became disillusioned after reading some of their terms and conditions. He felt what he was doing was in contravention even though he saw many others who were doing what he had done in fact had inspired the manner in which he posted. After deleting the adds he tried to post a simple word add and it was blocked. Several other attempts were also blocked and he can't figure out why.
I am going to sugest he goes back to the drawing board and start from scratch.
wow. never heard anything like that before.
I know there is a lot more to craigslist than what I have done. I will definately put these things to use. Thanks.
